1.    What does it cost to join?
Absolutely nothing! And you may cancel at any time.

2.    Does my Web site qualify to be a ZeeXchange.com Affiliate?
Anyone with a Web site and a U.S. mailing address can participate in the ZeeXchange.com affiliate program. Unfortunately, due to the fact that we do not currently ship internationally, web sites outside the U.S. are ineligible for participation in the program. This program is offered through our US website, www.ZeeXchange.com only. In addition, we will deny approval to Web sites promoting the following subject matter: sexually explicit material, violence, discrimination of any kind based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age, illegal activities, and/or violation of intellectual property rights.

3.    What can I earn in commissions?
ZeeXchange.com offers a flat commission rate depending on the type of product purchased through your site. The chart below outlines our commission structure by category:

4.    Commissions are paid based on the amount of the purchase (excluding any applicable sales tax and shipping charges). Commissions are earned regardless of qualifying link type.* Whether you use a banner, button or text link, your commission rate is the same. In addition, you'll earn commission regardless of the visitor's entry point to ZeeXchange.com. For example, if one of your site visitors clicks on a necklace link and ends up buying a necklace from our website, you'll earn commission on all purchased products. Gift certificates, software licensing and partner stores are excluded from the Affiliate program. Commissions may be earned only on credit/debit card transactions.

5.    When can I get started? 
Immediately. Just fill out the online registration form and you will be off and running. Approval usually takes two business days once you've completed your registration. We will first review and approve your application before you can participate in the program.

6.    When will I be paid?
ZeeXchange.com pays its affiliates on a monthly basis. A check will be issued to you within approximately 30 days after the last day of the month. Checks will be issued for a minimum of $25. For commission totals below $25, we will carry over your commission total until you reach $25 at the relevant monthly payout date.

7.    Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?
Yes! You earn commissions on all purchases through your site. However, resellers are not permitted to participate in the program.

8.    What about product returns?
If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. (If a product is returned in exchange for new merchandise, or if goods are lost or damaged and we ship replacement goods to the customer, your commissions will not be affected.)

9.    How can I keep track of my sales and earnings? 
Simple. ZeeXchange.com has partnered with the HasOffers affiliate network to provide you with the best and easiest reporting tools available. You'll have access to an online, password protected reporting system that will provide you detailed statistics for your site. HasOffers will track the visitors you send to our site and track sales and traffic data. No cookies are used, and HasOffers takes no personal information or credit card data from the visitors. Commission is earned when a product purchased at ZeeXchange.com from a link to your site is shipped. HasOffers generates the commission statements with a statement of the fees due to you and ZeeXchange.com sends you the check.

10.  What kind of merchandising tools does ZeeXchange.com provide me (i.e., buttons, banners, and links)?
We provide you with a wide range of effective merchandising options covering all of our stores. This includes multiple size banners and buttons, text/email links, store links, individual product links, and search. Merchandising options are categorized according to the area of interest such as books, music, games etc. Individual product links are also available for all products in eligible categories. We've provided you with the targeted merchandising tools we feel you'll need to maximize your revenue opportunities. If you have additional needs, please feel free to email us at

11.  Do I Earn Commissions on Restricted Coupons? (Not compatible with Affiliate Program)
ZeeXchange.com has a no tolerance policy on non-affiliate specific Coupon Code redemption. In order for us to offer the highest commission possible to our valued affiliates, ZeeXchange.com will only pay commissions on Coupon Codes that are supplied to the affiliate through the HasOffers Account Manager. Any commissions earned on sales in violation of the above Coupon Code policy will be reversed (noted as "Other" correction reason code in publisher transaction reports). ZeeXchange.com does NOT pay commissions on the following coupons:

a.     Customer making a purchase using a Coupon Code not supplied through the HasOffers Account Manager

b.    Customer making a purchase using a Coupon Code from an internal ZeeXchange.com or private discount code.

c.     Customer making a purchase using a Coupon Code supplied in ZeeXchange.com customer emails.

d.    Any coupon that states on its landing page that it is "Not compatible with affiliate program".

12.  Can I bid on the Trademark name ZeeXchange.com?
ZeeXchange.com does not allow the use of trademark bidding or URL bidding. Please refer to our keyword link in the HasOffers interface often as we we update it frequently with our best converting keywords.

13.  When will orders post to my HasOffers reports?
