User Guide

How to Buy

1) After selecting the item you would like to purchase you must choose:

a) Your preferred shipping methods of those the seller offers

b) Choose whether or not you would like to add shipping insurance to your parcel.  Often sellers list this is as a requirement, ZeeXchange always recommends this.
 
2) The next step is to fill in your shipping address, make certain all fields are filled in correctly.
 
3) You will have the choice to use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery or PayPal.
 
4) The seller will be notified and your order is being processed.
 
Account Navigation

To find your account activity “My Home” shown at the top right of the ZeeXchange home page. This page will lead you to jewelry you are selling, have bought or gem services you are using. Here, you can also edit current items listed for auction, find any notices from ZeeXchange user management; update your account information and more.

If you require live assistance at anytime you may also use the “Live Help” feature and let a ZeeXchange associate guide you through your steps.

My Account

If you would like to change your email address, change your password or change your address, locate the box at the top left hand corner of your screen labeled “My Account” under this choose “My Profile”. You may use this screen to do any and all of the above.

Upgrade

If you would like to upgrade your Individual membership to Merchant Member, you may do so at anytime. Under My Account choose Upgrade, you will be instructed to make certain your contact information is accurate. You will then be asked for your business information including website, resale number and years in business.

The next step is your referral; make certain the contact information is up to date as they will be checked.

Lastly check any and all trade associations.
 
You will be notified when your membership has been approved, also if there are any questions regarding your submission.
 
To manage your payment settings, notification or display settings choose “settings” from the menu.
 
Buy Menu

This is where you look at your order history, bids/offers, wish list, track orders and your payment history.

Sell Menu

The Sell Menu will allow you to sell an item, a list of items in your inventory, your items purchased by other members and their reviews.

To sell a product from your home page you may either use the “Start Selling” button from the top middle of your screen or the left hand side Sell Menu. Simply use the How to Sell direction if you need assistance or try our Live Help.
 
Edit your product information

Within the Sell menu follow the Sell Now Inventory link and you will see a list of your entire inventory. Here you may Activate or Close your sale on individual items, or click on the item you would like to change and see the upload form you previously filled out and update. Remember to Save the information prior to leaving the page.

Would you like to feature your item? This will keep your piece on the storefront always visible for however long you select. Simply follow the Feature your Item menu option above the item in your inventory.

If you would like to convert your Sell Now item to auction, simply choose that option and fill out the Auction form.
 
Tell us if you would like to start your Auction immediately or at a future date, how long would you like your auction to remain active, what price would you like the bidding to start at and your reserve price is the minimum amount you will accept for your jewelry.
 
Orders Received

Here you will see activity pertaining to items you are selling or have sold and what their status is.

Gem Services

This is a status history of all services ordered or processing with ZeeXchange. You will also find a quick link to the Instant Appraisal, this is helpful if you are about to list a diamond item and need a rough estimation of its value.

You may also follow the Order Service link to the Gem Services main menu if you need to begin a service.

 
Once your jewelry/item has been sold:

1)     You have received and email notification from ZeeXchange notifying you that your item has been sold.

2)     Check your “Orders Received” under the Sell menu. Here is the list of items that have sold. Bring your cursor over to the item and the option “Generate Shipping Label” You can print this out here and tape it to the parcel. If you do not have access to a printer simply write in the tracking and shipping information.

3)    You must also make the arrangements to send the package whichever means have been chosen.
 
4)     You receive your payment, less the ZeeXchange agreed upon surcharge in 14 days plus the number of days set forth by seller; for example, if seller lists returns are acceptable for up to 3 days, he will be paid 17 days after order is processed. Via bank deposit, PayPal or wire transfer, wires are subject to a $25 flat fee and are instant. The previous two are free, and up to 3 business days for funds to be deposited. You may edit your payment source under Settings. 
 
Once you have purchased an item:

1)     You will receive confirmation the seller has been notified.

2)     Seller ship item, you will be updated with the tracking number so you may follow your purchase.

If you choose to return the item within the specified return timeframe you must contact us directly using our Return Dispute Form, accessed by logging you’re your account, navigating to their Orders page and clicking on "Return Item" under the item they are seeking to return.
