Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer our sellers and buyers multiple shipping options for your convenience. 

FedEx® Express    

Shipping times vary based on the shipping services offered by each seller.


For ZeeXchange Member Products

Diamond, jewelry, and products purchased by members are shipped in varying timeframes. This is determined by the seller. Please be aware of his/her shipping and handling information located on the bottom of every product page. Products can be delayed as much as 14 days depending on the item. ZeeXchange makes every effort to enforce a maximum 14 day shipping period domestically and 30 days internationally. For your convenience we have placed an Estimated Delivery TIme table on every product page based on the shipping services offered by the seller and their handling time.


For ZeeXchange Services

If you have ordered a gem service, such as a certified appraisal, you may select any of the shipping carriers above to send your item(s) to us. Once your item has been serviced, it is returned to you via the same method selected in checkout. Shipping insurance is required for Certified Appraisals and optional for al other services.

International Deliveries and Arrival Times

All international orders will be shipped, with no additional charge, via FedEx International Priority®. Please note that the arrival times listed on the Web site apply to U.S. shipping addresses only. Estimates of the international shipping delivery times can be provided by one of our Diamond and Jewelry Consultants at service@zeexchange.com or +1-877-489-4844. 

Signature Requirements For Delivery

If your delivery is over $1,000 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If your delivery is under $1,000 and shipped 2-day or Ground, FedEx, UPS, or USPS may require a signature. These requirements are for your protection.
